Yamaha Bookshelf Speaker NS-M125P

Yamaha is a name that is recognized worldwide. The company has become almost synonymous with electronics. Most consumers feel that Yamaha is a name that can be trusted, and their products are known worldwide as being some of the best that money can buy. The Yamaha NS-M125, a two-way speaker pair, is one of the highest-quality bookshelf speakers available for purchase on the market today. This speaker pair can be found for as little as one hundred forty dollars online, on average, and some might even find a brand-new NS-M125P for much less.

“Yamaha’s goal in developing loudspeakers has been to maximize the three most important qualities of a Home Theater Speaker: accuracy, response speed and depth. This goal has been brilliantly achieved, enabling Yamaha speakers to deliver incredible accuracy and detail, so you can actually hear sounds you missed in the theater. Sound positioning is precise and Yamaha’s CINEMA DSP programs are heard to maximum advantage.”
- Yamaha web site, May 2006

Featuring a two-way, bass-reflex design, the NS-M125 works best when used as surround channels. This high-quality speaker has dual, 8centimeter white cone woofers and a balanced dome 2.2-centimeter tweeter. It has a 70Hz-35kHz-frequency response, 86 dB/0.283 V/1 m sensitivity, and 6 ohms impedence. At maximum power, this powerful speaker runs at 120 watts. The magnetic shielding on the NS-M125 allows it to be placed near a television without causing disturbance or electronic interference.

“Powerful, High Quality Speakers with a Slim Design to Match Thin Components and Monitors.”
- Yamaha web site, May 2006, on their NS product line

The retail price for this great-sounding speaker is very low, and it’s the price that looks most attractive to most potential buyers, even though the NS-M125’s attractive design is nothing to ignore. At less than one hundred and ten dollars for the pair, Yamaha is willing to let these high-quality speakers go at a price that almost anyone can afford. If one hundred and ten dollars isn’t in your home audio budget, your home audio budget simply isn’t big enough. When you buy from Yamaha, you buy quality. Your home audio has to have great sound or it’s just a bunch of speaker boxes, not a home theatre system.

Only a little more than four inches wide, thirteen inches high, and five inches deep, this bookshelf speaker will fit even into smaller spaces within the home. In speakers, bigger isn’t necessarily better, and this speaker can be the perfect size for many. This attractive little speaker looks great in any room of the home and fits well with existing décor.

No company that’s been in the business of making speakers as long as Yamaha has can get away with selling low-quality audio equipment. Yamaha is recognized worldwide as a leader in audio technology, and they continue to produce speaker that look and sound fantastic. If a trusted manufacturing name is important to you, you can hardly do much better than buying Yamaha products.

One of the best things about this speaker is, the Yamaha bookshelf NS-M125P speaker is available almost anywhere. Internet shoppers will find great prices on this product, and many electronics retail stores will either carry this speaker or order it in for any customer. Attractive and powerful, this speaker is available for anyone to purchase and is very easily found – always good qualities in a speaker. A company might produce the best speaker in the world, but if it’s hard to buy and hard to find then what’s the point? Yamaha offers warranties and guarantees on their products, as well, displaying confidence in the electronics that they provide.

Great sound quality from a well-known and trusted name in electronics, in a great package, is the essence of the Yamaha bookshelf speaker NS-M125P. Offered at a very reasonable price, this speaker would make a great addition to any home audio system.

Vienna Acoustics Speakers

Vienna Acoustics speakers, made by Overture Audio, are on the cutting edge of speaker technology. Elegant designs, beautiful finishes, and high-quality sound combine to bring you the very best in home audio sound. The many different acoustics speakers that Vienna offers give audiophiles a wide range of products to choose from. Vienna acoustics speakers are offered by many different retail outlets and online, though some may find some Vienna speakers a little on the “pricey” side of things.

“Vienna is famous the world over for its unique musical heritage. No other city can lay claim to being the birthplace of western classical music. Mozart, Beethoven, Strauss the list goes on. Vienna Acoustics Loudspeakers represent the embodiment of this passion, the Viennese heritage of musical excellence brought to life in loudspeakers that bend technology to the service of music.”
- Overture Audio web site, May 2006

“More than any other element in a stereo music or film sound system, the loudspeaker becomes a part of your lifestyle. All Vienna Acoustics speakers are purposefully designed to add to the quality of your domestic landscape by employing true furniture grade materials and assembly techniques. All cabinets are finished to perfection in a wide variety of real wood veneers, one sure to best compliment your listening or living room.”
- Vienna web site, May 2006

Vienna speakers are available in many different product lines – many of them named after famous composers. When someone is talking music and the name Mahler comes up, they may not be talking about the famous composer, but about the high-quality Vienna speaker.

“This is a gorgeous loudspeaker. As audiophiles, devoted to the pursuit of high accuracy and musicality in sound reproduction, we may protest that sound quality is the only thing that’s important. But the fact is that speakers are objects in the listening/living room that you have to look at even when they’re silent—appearance can be an important determinant of overall satisfaction. The Mahler’s slim, backward-leaning cabinet and impeccable glossy finish on all sides (rosewood in the review samples) are elegant without being overly fussy.”
- Robert Deutsch, Vienna Acoustics Mahler loudspeaker review, Stereophile, April 2000

With a 2 x 10” Elan honeycomb cone bass driver, 2 x 7” Scan Speak midrange drivers, and 1.2” Scan Speak silicone-layered silk dome tweeters, the Mahler loudspeaker has a lot of power. However, at one hundred and fifty pounds, this speaker weighs more than most people and may be considered large when compared to other loudspeakers.

“Powerful, compact, and partially shielded. The two way Vienna Acoustics Haydn uses a 5 .5″ XPP mid-woofer and a 1″ soft dome tweeter. Rear ported, use either on stands or in a bookshelf. 89 dB sensitivity.”
- Overture Audio web site, May 2006

The Haydn has a 42-20,000Hz-frequency response, 5.5” mid-woofer, and a 1” dome tweeter. This powerful speaker looks and sounds great, true to Vienna’s entire product line. Vienna acoustics speakers will please the ear of any discriminating audiophile. Your home theatre never sounded so good.

“Vienna Acoustics speaker cabinets are designed using the latest computer analysis techniques to ensure that they are structurally inert. They are then carefully built to true furniture grade standards. Fine natural wood veneers or selected acrylic laminates provide the finishing touch.”

Wireless Home Theater Rear Speaker

Home theater systems are increasingly popular these days, and more and more homeowners are focusing on setting up great audio equipment. In fact, in many ways home audio equipment has become more popular and more important to the home theater system than the television. Everyone is trying to get the best-quality sound, the best equipment, and all at the cheapest prices. Is an affordable home theater speaker too much to hope for, especially when it comes to audio equipment like speakers?

Many owners of home theaters have discovered wireless speaker. The wireless home theater rear speaker is one of the hottest sellers right now, and consumers are finding that wireless is the solution for them. When you purchase a wireless hoe theater rear speaker, you eliminate a lot of stress and grief right away.

Your rear audio setup is a very important aspect of your home theater. The rear speaker often sets the stage for the rest of your audio equipment and speakers, as everything else must be positioned around the rear speaker in most cases. The placement of this speaker is so integral that many drive themselves nuts, re-arranging entire rooms and home theater systems, just for the rear speaker.

And if the placement of your rear speaker is essential, then your decorating scheme lives for your speaker setup. Complicating wires and wiring needs make some things impossible when it comes to arranging your audio equipment and speakers, and suddenly your home theater doesn’t look at all the way you wanted it to. The rear speaker often determines where everything else will sit. Because everyone wants their home to be attractive, the wires and general equipment associated with home theater systems can be a real nuisance. To arrange these wires, one must consider floor hazards that might cause others to trip, looks, and accessibility. When you have to plan all of that and the rest of your home theater, too, rear speaker placement becomes the biggest job of all.

This is the main reason that people choose to go wireless. Wireless home theater rear speakers are much more convenient to use and can often be positioned anywhere. This makes placement and arranging a breeze, and gives you the freedom to set your home theater system in whatever way you please. Many wireless home theater rear speakers use acoustic sound technology, one of the latest technical advances in speaker sound. More and more companies are offering acoustic sound in their newest models of speakers, and consumers love the quality of sound these speakers produce. The technology used in wireless speakers is no less that what is used in speakers will all kinds of wires hanging off of them, and in fact many wireless home theater rear speakers are already integrated into existing home theater systems.

All the biggest companies offer wireless home theater rear speakers these days: Panasonic, Sony, Pioneer, Samsung, Logitech, Slyvania, and Kenwood all have great wireless rear speakers on the market. Consumers have discovered that wireless home theater rear speakers are often cheaper than rear speakers of the wired variety, and this is another huge draw of going wireless. Because no one has money to burn, saving becomes important. Wireless rear speakers are a little bit cheaper, which most find very compelling.

Wireless home theater rear speakers can’t be perfect, however. It’s true that wireless rear speakers, and in fact wireless speakers of all varieties, produce a slightly lower sound quality than speakers that have running wires attaching them to the rest of the home theater system. Much is being done to improve the quality of sound in wireless speakers, and the difference is slight. However, the difference is still there, and for purists to whom sound quality is everything, wireless speakers may not be the best bet. For those who are interested in saving a bit of money and having a convenient home theater system, however, wireless home theater rear speakers are definitely what you want to buy.

Speakers on Credit or Debt

Things move so fast in today’s high-tech world, it’s hard just to keep up. There’s always some new gadget or electronics equipment coming out. Just keeping your home theater system upgraded can be very hard on your wallet. With so much new audio equipment, speakers, and stereo systems coming out all the time, and your home theater practically begging for bigger and better sound, it’s hard not to buy new speakers when they come out. New advancements in technology, like acoustic sound and wireless speakers, each offer better and higher-quality sound. Your home theater needs better sound more than anything!

But, speakers are expensive. Keeping on top of the latest trends in technology means shelling out money all the time, because new breakthroughs are being made every single day. But, if you want to keep up with the Joneses these days, you have to practically be a millionaire unless; you buy your speakers and related audio equipment on credit. Credit has a sneaky, almost seductive way about it. Credit allows us to buy anything we want to, anything at all, without having to pay for it! At least without having to pay for it right away, which feels like the say thing when you’re busy spending. Weeks later, when it’s time to start paying off that credit, it doesn’t feel so good anymore.

Credit can be dangerous, and in most cases credit leads directly into debt. Having great audio is awesome, and listening to your home theatre system on cutting-edge speakers is a wonderful feeling that will certainly please your ears. Paying off huge bills and going into debt is a horrible feeling. Once you owe money on something, it can take a very long time to get it paid off. Day to day hassles and bills get in the way and take priority. Before you know it, you’re up to your ears in debt.

And having the best speakers for your home theater system won’t help you then.

Going into debt because of anything is always a problem. Going into debt because you want to stay abreast of the latest speaker technology is just wrong. Today, the land is awash with bargains and the possibilities are endless. There’s no need to pay high prices for the cutting-edge, great-sounding speakers that you want!

The Internet is a land of opportunity when it comes to bargain-shoppers, as most die-hard Internet shoppers will vow to. Any and everything can be purchased online these days, and most of time what you buy online is a lot cheaper than buying the same stuff in a retail store. Brand-new speakers are sold on the Internet all the time, at discounted prices. Buying used speakers is another great way to save money, and used speakers can be just as hot and cutting-edge as new speakers.

Shopping online is quick and easy, done with the click of a few buttons. Transactions are quick and hassle-free. And, as most Internet shoppers know, the bargains are amazing. When you can buy what you want and need without going into debt or using credit, why not do it? You don’t have to pay high prices because you want to have great speakers. The truth is, everyone can save a little money and no one can afford to go into debt. Debt has a way of getting deeper and deeper, until you can hardly find a way out. Using credit to pay for things will most definitely land you right in the middle of a huge debt, usually before you even know what’s hit you.

Buying speakers on credit may work out for you in the short term, but in the long term, new speakers better than what you’ve bought are going to come out anyway. Then, you’ll want those speakers – but won’t be able to get them because of mounting debt or because of used-up credit. Don’t pay more for speakers that you can buy at reasonable, affordable prices. There’s no need to use credit or go into debt just to have a great home theater system.

Speakers and TV Picture Distortion

It’s a phenomenon we’ve all noticed before. You buy some great new speakers, featuring high-quality sound, and happily set them up in your home theater room. They look great! You got them at a great price and you’re excited to try them out. So, you pop in your favorite DVD, grab something to drink, sit back on the couch, and point the remote.

And you can’t watch the movie. Why? Because the speakers you’ve just purchased and lovingly set up are creating electronic disturbance. The picture on your television set is so horribly distorted that you can hardly make out what you’re watching.

Of course, it does sound great.

Does this mean you can’t have one without the other? Is it not possible to have great picture and great sound for your home theater system? Should you get rid of the brand-new speakers and buy a different set, or be done with your trusty old television and buy a new one? And who has the money to do either, really?

Densely packed electronics can cause interference and distortion in other electronics, and within their own housings. This is why speakers are made with magnetic shielding inside their casings. This does cut down on a lot of television picture distortion, and keeps the speakers from interfering with themselves. Electronics are tricky, complicated devices. The average household is so filled with electronics devices these days that magnetic shielding is a must-have. Even cell phones have magnetic shielding to cut down on disturbances, distortion, and interference in other electronic products and devices.

Sometimes, though, even this manufacturing magnetic shielding is not enough. Your television still suffers from distortion and electronic interference and disturbance. If you have the space for it, try moving your speakers a little bit further away from the television set. This should help cut down on the television picture distortion. Some people may not have the space to do this, however. So what do you do if you can’t move your speakers further away from the television, and you’re still getting picture distortion?

Not everyone has a whole lot of room for arranging and re-arranging their home audio equipment, and home theaters can dominate an entire room already. So, we can’t all just move speakers further away or across the room to stop TV picture distortion. When you’ve moved as much as you can possibly move, and you’re still getting distortion and electronic interference, there’s only one more option.

You have to purchase magnetic shielding. Manufacturers do make magnetic shielding that can be purchased for use within the home, for the specific reason of cutting down on TV picture distortion. Such shields can be purchased pre-fabricated, cut to size and dimension of your speakers, or you can get the raw materials for magnetic shielding and make your own. Magnetic shielding is inexpensive and easy to use and set up in your home. It’s there to cut down on television picture distortion, and you’ll be pleased with the results.

Magnetic shielding doesn’t have to look unattractive or clash with the rest of your home theatre room. It can be cut to size and custom-made to fit the shape of your speakers, and will blend in with the rest of your audio equipment and home theater beautifully. It’s very reasonably priced and will definitely take care of any electronic disturbance or interference you may be experiencing. Magnetic shielding can be purchased from a variety of stores and distributors. Looking around on the Internet will produce a ton of results, and you can shop around for the best deal on magnetic shielding.

No one should have to live with TV picture distortion, even in today’s highly electronic world. There are ways to completely stop this distortion and electronic interference. You want your home theatre to be perfect, after all, for both your picture and your sound. Magnetic shielding will take care of your problems when moving your speakers just isn’t possible.

PSB Image 1B Speakers

Distributors of the PSB Image 1B speakers can be hard to find. If you live in the USA, and if your home is in southern California, you will not find PSB Image 1B speakers at a Circuit City store. Those stores offer customers a lower-end speaker, such as the Polk speaker. A sales clerk at one of those stores has described the PSB Image 1B speakers as “high-end” speakers.

An examination of comments made on the Internet explains the reason for such a description. The PSB Image 1B speakers are reported to produce a “room-filling sound.” This would suggest that even a fly on the ceiling could enjoy the sounds coming from a PSB Image 1B speaker.

Of course no one is going to design a home theater system with an eye to pleasing a fly on the ceiling. Selection of the equipment for a home theater system should take into account two things. Selection of such equipment should suit the ear and the wallet of the man or woman who hopes to be entertained by such a system.

The purchase of a PSB Image 1B speaker might force a young man to stretch his wallet, but such a purchase represents a worthwhile investment. The PSB Image 1B speakers deliver a spacious sound. An examination of comments from current listeners to the PSB speakers reveals that they can be obtained at a discount.

One gentleman provides details about his purchase of PSB speakers with a piano finish “blem.” He reports that he got those speakers at a price 50% below the going manufacturer’s price. He also reports that he could not find the “blem.”

The young man who obtained those discounted speakers is now enjoying their great audio sound. He has much praise for the PSB Image 1B speakers. This gentleman represents one of many stereo listeners who appear eager to offer advice on the purchase of stereo equipment.

Some of the people who have purchased PSB Image 1B speakers have discovered its wonderful ability to reproduce for the DVD viewer a quality, movie-theater sound. The production of such quality sound holds great importance in a home theater. The viewing of a DVD at home should offer a way to relive the theater experience.

Another important feature of the home theater system concerns the quality of the bass. According to comments posted on the Internet, not all stereo listeners use a subwoofer when listening to the stereo at home. Apparently the 800 d bass produced by the PSB Image 1B speakers remains of a premier quality, even if the home listener fails to use a subwoofer.

The above statement should be expanded with one further detail. The full enjoyment of a stereo, even without a subwoofer, depends on the use of a large setting. At the present time no one has reported listening to the stereo without a subwoofer while using a smaller setting.

As illustrated by the available comments on from the Internet, the PSB Image 1B speaker delivers a full range of sound experience. It produces quality sound for the individual who desires true listening pleasure. It also produces a theater-quality sound that can be appreciated by the DVD viewer. Yet because the PSB Image 1B speaker is a costly item, it is wise to sample the speakers at several stores. That way one is more apt to find the best buy.

A PSB Image 1B speaker helps to make a home theater system the focal point of any room. The PSB Image 1B speakers help to create a high-powered explosion of entertainment. The PSB Image 1B speakers make any entertainment center and stereo system an example of technology that is well worth the money, money spent by the owner of that viewing and listening center.

Primus C25 Infinity Speaker

Made by Infinity Systems, the Primus C25 Infinity speaker is one of the best bookshelf/floor speakers on the market today. Infinity Systems is one of the leading names in audio for both home and auto use. Their focus on technology, performance, and design combine to bring you great speakers for your home audio that produces high-quality sound.

“Our commitment at Infinity never stops at delivering the best-performing products available — it goes on to ensuring that those products integrate beautifully into the listener’s home and lifestyle. That’s why Design, along with Technology and Performance, is a hallmark of every Infinity loudspeaker.”
- Infinity Systems web site

The Primus C25 is one of the hottest items available from Infinity Systems. C25 speakers can be purchased online for about one hundred and thirty dollars, so the price on this floor speaker is definitely right. Infinity Systems offers a five-year warranty on the Primus C25, as well, which shows confidence in their product. Online and downloadable owner’s manuals are also available on the site.

However, the C25 is not made to be a small speaker. Weighing more than seventeen pounds, the Primus C25 stands just shy of eight inches tall, is seventeen and a half inches wide, and almost ten inches deep. Those who have space concerns and want to purchase smaller speakers may find the Primus C25 too big and bulky to integrate into their existing home audio system. But if space is not a problem and great sound quality is your primary objective, the Primus C25 will not let you down.

“The Primus C25 center channel speaker is the perfect center channel to complement any Primus speaker when expanding to multichannel audio. This magnetically shielded speaker utilizes Infinity’s proprietary Metal Matrix Diaphragm™ (MMD™) technology to deliver accurate dialog and sound effects with dramatically reduced distortion for incredibly lifelike sound.”
- Infinity Systems web site

The Primus C25 is a powerful bookshelf/floor speaker, with 80Hz – 20kHz frequency response; 3,000 Hz, 24dB/octave crossover frequencies; and MMD™ low- and high-frequency drivers. The dual 5 ¼” MMD™ low-frequency drivers and ¾” MMD™ high-frequency driver bring you great sound quality at any volume. The five and a quarter-inch driver, 90dB sensitivity, and 8 ohms nominal impedance are other features of this great speaker. The recommended power amplifier range on this product is ten to one hundred and fifty watts – and that’s a lot of power.

While sound and power are very important, probably more important than anything else, when it comes to speakers, there is another important consideration: how does it look? It won’t matter how great your speakers sound if you can hardly stand to look at them, especially when you want your home audio to be a showpiece for others and a setup that you can take personal pride in. Looks and size are very important considerations when you’re setting up your home audio system, and speakers can make or break the look of an entire room. Each Primus C25 is available in an attractive black wood-grain enclosure with a complimenting black grille cloth.

“If you like big, bold home-theater sound, the Primus posse is your kind of ensemble, and the C25 is a solid center-channel anchor. With its high-powered definition and its clarity, it won’t be overwhelmed by its mighty siblings.”
- Steve Guttenberg, C25 Review, CNET, November 2003

If you’re in the market for a new bookshelf or floor speaker, Infinity Systems is a great manufacturer and the Primus C25 is a fabulous product. You’ll get great sound quality in sharp definition, loads of power and volume from your speaker, and a product that will last and last. The C25 in basic black looks great with any decorating scheme and integrates nicely into any home theatre or audio setup. When sound quality is important, and you want a product that you can trust, the C25 will not let you down.

Polk Speakers: RTi-12

Among the different Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers offer the stereo listener sound from a floor-standing speaker. For the purchaser of such Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers offer, as well, a choice of two warm cabinet colors. The floor-standing cabinet can be either real cherry or real black oak.

Among the Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers insure the stereo listener sound with a minimum of distortion. The speakers sit in a braced cabinet. That cabinet not only lowers the sound distortion, it also widens the sound range. The braced cabinet helps to stabilize the speaker’s drivers, which are made from a polymer composite.

Among the Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers assure the stereo listener a sound with a clean bass. This clean bass is produced by a patented feature of these speakers. It is produced by the power port bass venting.

Among the Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers provide the stereo listener with detailed highs, and those high notes come through clearly. At the same time the RTi-12 speakers have superb beat dissipation. The clear highs and the beat dissipation are produced by the 1 inch silk dome tweeters. Those tweeters can deliver their notable features, because they contain modymium magnets

The modymium magnets provide proof that a metal can be hard without being dense. These magnets do not make the speakers too heavy to handle. Nor do these magnets limit the places where one can put the RTi-12 speakers. The speakers contain a magnetic shielding, and thus they can be safely placed near a TV.

Among the Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers deliver a tight and pounding bass. This pounding bass sound comes from each speaker’s three woofers. The surface area of those three woofers is equal to the surface area of a single large woofer. Still the material in those three woofers retains the low mass of a single small woofer. This gives the woofer a high force to mass ratio. This allows the woofers to deliver the tight and pounding bass.

Among the Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers allow the speaker owner to have the most versatile binding applications. The speakers can promise such versatility because they have a five way binding post. The speaker owner has multiple ways to connect the speakers and the other components of the speaker system.

Among the Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers can lay claim to being the most stable speakers. The RTi-12 speakers have adjustable leveling feet. These feet assist with the movement of the speakers, when that movement is desired. When the speakers should remain in place, however, then the leveling feet can help to prevent unwanted movement of the speakers.

Not all the distributors of Polk speakers carry the RTi-12 speakers. For example, at least one Circuit City store in Los Angeles County has more than a half dozen different Polk speakers, but no RTi-12 speakers. The clerks at that store do not explain why, in the large selection of Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers are missing.

Maybe the store’s customers have not shown an interest in floor-standing speakers. Or maybe the store did not have enough room for display of such large speakers. This store does have a lot of speakers packed into one small room.

If one wanted to sample Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers could prove a challenge to whoever was testing those speakers. The speaker tester would need a room that had dimensions similar to a room for large, floor-standing speakers. The electronics store referred to above, does not have such a room.

At the present time, that store seems to cater to a younger crowd. It has posted several signs that advertise its possession of i-pods. Of course, it is only a matter of time before those i-pod users mature into regular stereo buffs and true audiophiles. When that happens the same store may re-examine its inventory.

In the future the same store could chose to favor the tastes of an older clientele. When that happens its listening room might look a bit different. Then among the room’s Polk speakers, RTi-12 speakers might well be present.

Then the listening room would be filled with a clear and varied sound. Then the customers would hear undistorted and detailed highs. Then the customers would feel the strong beat dissipation. The quality of the RTi-12 speakers would be obvious.

Phillips uses Dolby sound, and Dolby is the name when it comes to sound. Trusted by movie theatres, Dolby is some of the best sound that money can buy. If you want movie theatre quality, you definitely want Dolby, and Phillips will make sure that your speakers have that. Phillips Simply Surround speakers and lightweight and small enough to fit into any room, without taking up a whole lot of space. If you want surround sound but don’t want to pay an enormous price, Phillips Simply Surround is definitely a good option for you. However, you may not receive the depth of sound that you might get with a bigger, more expensive surround system. And if you want a lot of bass, Phillips Simply Surround may not be for you. The sound quality on these speakers is great, but you may not get really deep bass with these speakers.

Phillips Simply Surround speakers are great for those with space and budget concerns who still want great sound. The Dolby technology combines in a great speaker package from Phillips, to bring you surround sound and enrich your audio experience.
